Entrance and Lobby Redesign at Three Uxbridge Schools, including Uxbridge High School, Taft Early Learning Center and Whitin Intermediate School. Filed Sub-Bids bidders shall be pre-qualified by the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) for the category of Metal Windows and Electrical Work. Filed Sub-Bids shall be accompanied by a DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility for the category, and an Update Statement. Failure to provide a valid DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and an Update Statement will result in the bid being rejected. The Uxbridge Public Schools reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received, or to reject any and all bids, or to accept proposals deemed to be in the best interest of the Town. No bidder may withdraw its bid for thirty days after the bid opening.
