Demolition, site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Boyne City, Michigan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; and bridge / tunnel.
Part A: Marvon Road (WI-37) over Marvon Creek; removal of an existing 36" diameter CMP culvert and construction of a 7-ft x 3-ft concrete box culvert with end sections, including stump removal, stream bank riprap, embankment, aggregate surface, and restoration. Part B: Pesek Road (JO-33) over Marvon Creek; removal of one 12" diameter CMP and two 18" diameter CMP culverts and construction of an 8-ft x 3-ft concrete box culvert, including stump removal, stream bank riprap, embankment, aggregate surface, and restoration. Each bid package must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, money order, or bid bond in the amount of at least five percent of the amount bid, drawn payable to the owner as security for proper execution of the agreement. The project is partially funded by the Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians and Conservation Resource Alliance. The provisions of the Davis Bacon Act are required. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in bids. Bids may not be withdrawn for sixty days after receipt. Question Deadline 03/16/2026
