Reference Number 0000414493 The Auraria Higher Education Center (AHEC) is soliciting bids from HVAC contractors (with an electrical subcontractor) to replace two (2) air-cooled chillers (Chiller 1 and Chiller 2) at the North Classroom Building that currently serves a Data Center. The chillers will be replaced with like-for-like chillers. Due to the new code-required refrigerant types, the new specified chillers are larger and will require the installation of one new roof curb to accommodate the size. All associated piping will be removed and replaced, with new Metasys Building Automation System (BAS) controls provided for each chiller.
