Reference Number 0000414313 All Liquid Bituminous Materials furnished and/or applied, shall be in accordance with Specifications for Bituminous Materials in book entitled New York State Department of Transportation, Standard Specifications, most current version, and all current addenda. All material must meet the DOT specifications and is subject to testing from an independent laboratory. All bids shall be net per gallon, heated, hauled and applied by vendor's distributor at the job location and shall include all destination charges to the job site where work will be performed. No mobilization fees or rental fees will be accepted for transporters or distributors.
