Site work for a water / sewer project in East Greenbush, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work shall include but is not limited to installing approximately 2,600 linear feet of 8" PVC water main along with water services and appurtenances. Bids should exclude sales and compensating use taxes on materials incorporated into the work. A bid bond in the amount equal to at least five percent of the bid is required with submission. Successful bidders must provide a payment and performance bond equal to the full contract amount. Bids will be received on an itemized unit price basis. Contractors must ensure employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against based on race, creed, color, religion, sex, or national origin. New York State Prevailing Wage Requirements apply. Bids received after the specified deadline will be rejected, regardless of mailing circumstances. The owner reserves the right to waive informalities or irregularities in the bids or reject any or all bids without explanation.
