Sealed bids are sought for improvements and repairs to Macon County Early College. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes marked 'CORRECTIVE PACKAGE FOR MACON COUNTY EARLY COLLEGE' with the bidder's name and address on the outside. Digital copies of the bid package, including construction documents, addenda, and important bid information, can be downloaded from the Macon County website. All minority and historically underutilized businesses are encouraged to submit bids. Macon County reserves the right to reject any or all bids. This Section includes the selective removal and subsequent disposal of the following: 02/20/26 _ Removal and protection (where noted to be re-installed after modification work) of existing materials required to perform the work. _ Removal of portions of existing building as required to accommodate new construction and Plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work shall be performed by licensed contractors with a minimum of 5 (Five) years experience. 1. Coordinate utility disruptions with Owner & Architect. The General Contractor shall notify the Architect about planned disruptions no fewer than 7 days before the scheduled disruption.
