Any and all such interpretations and any supplemental instruction will be in the form of written addenda to the Contract Documents which, if issued, will be posted to the City's eProcurement System, not later than two (2) calendar days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. The City of Sedona herein referred to as the "City" is defined as the City of Sedona, acting through its legally constituted officials, officers, and employees. The City may waive any informality or reject any or all bids. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the scheduled time and date for the opening of bids or authorized postponement thereof.
