The Mississippi State Port Authority at Gulfport is soliciting Statements of Qualifications for Professional Engineering Consultant and Management Services. The selected firm will provide professional project management, engineering design, construction management, maintenance management and assistance, and general engineering and technical expertise as requested for daily and routine operations. The firm must be licensed to perform engineering services in the State of Mississippi. The MSPA reserves the right to award multiple contracts from this solicitation and the right to reject all submissions.
