Site work for a water / sewer project in Rockford, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: Eldred Lift Station generator and equipment pad, Kitson No. 1 Lift Station generator, equipment pad, and fence, Kitson No. 2 Lift Station generator and equipment pad, all associated equipment, mechanical, electrical, controls, and site work, including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. Bidders are to complete the Bid Proposal documents included in the Project Specification book, either online or hard copy. A hard copy of the Bid Proposal Documents must be submitted for bidding purposes, as no electronically submitted proposals will be accepted. The Bid Proposal Documents include the Bid Proposal Checklist and Bid Proposal. The signed Bid Proposal Documents must be provided in either typewritten or handwritten (in ink) form, with all required lump sum amounts, unit prices, or other costs clearly and completely set forth in a legible and understandable manner. Illegibility may be sufficient cause for rejection of the proposal. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for at least one hundred twenty days thereafter. Access to the sites will be granted to prospective bidders by appointment between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Construction activities are to begin as soon as possible following contract award. Question Deadline 03/12/2026 Requests must be received by the Engineer at least four business days prior to the bid.
