Sealed bids, in triplicate, are requested for the Parkside ECC Playground – ADA Access. Bids must be received at O-A-K's Operations Center prior to the stated deadline. Bidders must include a sworn and notarized Familial Disclosure Statement. Bidders are encouraged to attend a pre-bid meeting at Parkside ECC. Bidders should be reputable organizations with at least five years of successful experience on similar projects, possess required licenses, and have ample financial resources. Each bid must include bid security or a bid bond of not less than 5% of the bid amount. The successful bidder must provide Performance, Labor, and Material bonds for contracts exceeding $50,000 from a qualified surety company.
