Renovation of an industrial development in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 21,600-square-foot industrial development.

Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corp. is soliciting competitive sealed bids for the renovation of Building 50. Bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-proposal conference and walkthrough via video-conference. Failure to attend will result in disqualification. Building 50 (the "Building") is a freestanding, approximately 21,600 SF building (c. 1936) located on the perimeter of the Brooklyn Navy Yard near the intersection of Flushing Avenue and North Portland Avenue. The Building consists of four units: Suite 101: A 11,000 SF column-free single-story space with a vaulted roof. Suite 101 is currently occupied by a tenant for manufacturing use and will be occupied throughout the duration of the work. Suite 102: A 4,500 SF ground floor space, currently unoccupied. Suite 201: A 4,500 SF second floor space, located directly above Suite 102. Suite 201 is also currently unoccupied. Suite 103: A 1,100 SF single-story space adjacent to Suite 102 that is currently occupied by a tenant for office use and will be occupied throughout the duration of the work. Suite 103, also known as 50A is occupied but will need to be incorporated into the Project Work related to the building systems.
