The Services under this RFP are of interest to VTA and stakeholders, including, Santa Clara County Roads and Airports (County), the City of Santa Clara, and the City of Sunnyvale to improve traffic operations on Lawrence Expressway in Santa Clara County between US 101 to I-280. The City of Santa Clara and the City of Sunnyvale are jointly referred to as the Cities The Project is located along Lawrence Expressway. The services under this RFP will focus on two separate study limits along Lawrence Expressway, with the first located from approximately US 101 to south of Avenue/Monroe Street, and the second located around Homestead Road. Deadline to Submit Questions: March 20, 2026, 4:00pm
