The services include excavation and proper offsite disposal of fill material, including designated hot spot areas. Upon completion of excavation, a Construction Completion Report and an Environmental Management Plan must be submitted. The intent is to ready the site for residential homeownership unit construction, ensuring it is prepared for slab on grade building. The project is a due diligence effort by the City and is not under any regulatory program. Historical uses of the site include residential and commercial applications, and existing underground utilities and pavement from previous configurations remain on portions of the site, including historic combined, sanitary, and storm sewers, and abandoned roadways.
