FY2026-ASPH-I (LMIG), 2026 - ASPH - 1 The work consists of approximately 17.26 miles of patching, leveling, milling, and plant mix resurfacing on a specified list of eight county roads, with thermoplastic striping included on all roads. The roads are East Paulding Drive (Night), Bakers Bridge Road (Night), Williams Lake Road, Paulding Meadows Drive, Fate Fuller Road, Millertown Road, McBrayer Road, and Hutcheson Pass. Bidders must inform themselves about Georgia laws and comply accordingly. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked as FY2026 Asphalt Resurfacing Project Contract I. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or a certified, cashiers check, or cash in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds for 100% of the contract amount and meet the surety and insurance requirements specified. Payment requests are due by the fifth of the month, with payment by the twentieth of the month, less a 5% retainage held until final acceptance by the Paulding County Department of Transportation. All bids will remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after opening. All work must comply with the Georgia Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Construction of Roads and Bridges, current edition, and attached modifications and special provisions.
