The project involves installing concrete foundation pads for new outdoor bleachers at a high school football field. The project includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the concrete foundations. Work includes but is not limited to: o Excavation and site preparation o Installation of compacted gravel base o Forming and placement of reinforced concrete slabs o Installation of reinforcing steel and wire mesh per plans o Concrete finishing and curing o Anchor preparation for bleacher installation o Site cleanup and restoration Based on the attached foundation plan, the concrete pad is approximately 21 feet wide with multiple slab sections and a minimum slab thickness of 4 inches. Concrete must meet aminimum compressive strength of 4,000 PSI at 28 days, with reinforcement and preparation completed in accordance with ACI standards. Contractors must be licensed and insured in Michigan, experienced with commercial or athletic facility concrete, and provide proof of insurance and references for similar projects. Bidders must also submit a Familial Relationship Disclosure Statement and a notarized Affidavit of Compliance with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act. There is no mandatory pre-bid meeting.
