Richland County and nine Township Road Districts will be taking sealed bids for procurement of 122,700 gallons of emulsified road oil, 95,450 gallons of cutback road oil, 20,100 tons of crushed stone, and 1,375 tons of gravel. All materials must come from an Illinois Department of Transportation inspected and approved source. Contracts shall be administered in accordance with the IDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction adopted January 1, 2022. Proposals can be obtained by contacting the Richland County Highway Department. Sealed bids must be returned to the Richland County Highway Department by the specified deadline, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.
