General Information: The City of Albany invites qualified contractors to submit formal bids for the Roof Recover Project at the Airport Fire Station, located at 3905 Newton Road. This project aims for a high-performance recover system with long-term durability and strict adherence to current building codes. The selected vendor will be responsible for preparing the existing metal substrate, installing EPS flute-fill insulation and cover board, and applying a fully adhered 60-mil TPO system. Bidders must provide a detailed, fixed-price quote that includes a 1-year workmanship warranty and a TPO Manufacturer's 20-Year Labor & Material Warranty. All work must be conducted with the highest standards of safety and minimal disruption to emergency services.
