Libertyville School District 70 is accepting sealed bids for repaving the Dymond Road Parking Lot in Libertyville, Illinois, which involves approximately 2,000 square yards of parking lot repaving. There is also an alternate add for stone base replacement. All prospective bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference at the Dymond Road Parking Lot. Stipulated lump sum bids will be publicly opened at the Educational Resource Center District Office. Bids received after the designated time will not be considered. Bid security in the form of a bid bond equal to ten percent of the base bid must be submitted. Performance, labor, and material payment bonds and a certificate of insurance will be required from the successful bidder. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, waive irregularities or informalities in the bidding procedures, and award the contract in a manner serving the interests of the School District.
