The Town of Maynard, Massachusetts invites competitive proposals from qualified firms to undertake and provide professional consulting services for the development and production of an ADA Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan. The plan must fully comply with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), as amended, and the most current Architectural Access Board regulations. The maximum fee for any contract awarded shall not exceed $59,986.00, and all approved expenses must be incurred on or before June 30, 2026.
