The City of Bismarck is requesting bids for lawn care service for mowing and cleanup at sites within the city limits of Bismarck, ND. The agreement is for one year with automatic renewal for two additional one-year terms, for a total of up to three years. Bids must be submitted on forms provided by the City and in accordance with the work description. The successful bidder must provide insurance certificates with the City named as an additional insured and show a waiver of subrogation on the policy. Required insurance limits are Commercial General Liability of $2,000,000 each occurrence, Automobile Liability of $2,000,000 each occurrence, and $500,000 per person. The award will be made to the lowest overall bid. The City reserves the right to hold all bids for forty-five days, reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, or accept the bid determined to be in its best interest.
