** As of 3/2/26 - The intent is to build a box culvert with the dimensions of 12'x4'x22'. Contractors must be pre-qualified with Kentucky Transportation Cabinet prior to the bid opening under E1 classification. All projects must be designed by a professional engineer prior to construction. ** Casey County Fiscal Court is accepting sealed bids for installation of a drainage structure on Upper Brush Creek Road. Forms and specifications may be obtained at the office of the Casey County Judge/Executive at 625 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY. Bids must be received in the office of the Casey County Judge/Executive no later than 2:00 PM on Wednesday, March 4, 2026. Bids will be opened at that time. Casey County Fiscal Court reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
