The Casey County Board of Education will receive sealed bids for remediation work required for the following school building projects: Casey County High School Track & Tennis Facility Renovation (BG #23-027). Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the Project Name, BG number, and bidder information, and received at the specified location by the designated time. Bids must be submitted using the provided Form of Proposal. Each proposal must include a certified check, cash, or bid bond in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the base proposal as security. This security guarantees that if the proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into and properly secured. Proposal forms must be fully and properly filled out, with no qualifications or statements. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the opening. Failure of the successful bidder to execute a satisfactory contract and provide the required bonds will result in forfeiture of the security and potential liability for any resulting loss. Untimely or improperly formatted bids will be returned unopened.
