Description

Renovation of a recreation facility in Columbia, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility.

The City of Columbia, Tennessee is seeking competitive proposals from qualified HVAC Contractors to design and install a replacement of the existing HVAC system at the Columbia Aquatics and Recreation Center, located at 1446 Oak Springs Drive. The scope of work includes the replacement of twelve (12) packaged rooftop units (RTUs) and DX split systems with a combined total capacity of 70 tons. The project also includes HVAC controls upgrades to provide remote access, monitoring, and control of all HVAC equipment, as well as full integration and monitoring of the existing PoolPak dehumidification unit. Proposals may be submitted by email, hand delivery, US mail, private courier, or submitted electronically through BidNet Direct.
