Disposal of removed materials 3. Furnish and install new thermally broken aluminum door system 4. New entrance doors and hardware 5. Glazing 6. Perimeter sealants and flashing 7. Coordination with existing access control (if present) A purchase order from the Bedford County Department of Finance will be issued to the successful bidder acknowledging the award. A copy of these terms and conditions, specifications and the vendor's proposal form will become a part of the purchase order.
