The City of Virginia Beach desires to construct four creative crosswalks for the ViBe District on 18th Street. These creative crosswalks are to be constructed at the intersections of Cypress Avenue and 18th Street, Mediterranean Avenue and 18th Street, Baltic Avenue and 18th Street, and Arctic Avenue and 18th Street in Virginia Beach. Additionally, the project includes repairing in kind the intersection of 19th Street and Cypress Ave. The creative crosswalks will consist of DecoMark Material in the designs laid out on the attached construction details and designs. The work include 18th Street. The City of Virginia Beach seeks a qualified contractor to perform the work as described below. All questions relative to the bid documents must be submitted at least ten (10) calendar days prior to bid opening, to assure distribution of information in the form of an addendum, to all interested parties.
