The work includes the construction of the following approximate quantities: 15,504 SY Edge Mill Bituminous Surface (0" to 1.5"); 1,337 TON Type SP 12.5 Wearing Course Mix (2,B); 6 EACH Adjust Gate Valve; 22 EACH Adjust Manhole Frame and Ring; 18 EACH Casting Assembly (Neenah R-1733); 28 EACH Storm Drain Inlet Protection. All work under the contract must be completed by the dates specified in the project specifications. Proposals will only be accepted if submitted electronically through BidVAULT by contractors who are listed as plan holders on the city's OneOffice site. The cost to submit a bid is $25. A bid bond in the amount of not less than 5% percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of the City of St. Louis Park, shall accompany each bid. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and the right to award the contract in the best interests of the city.
