The work includes rehabilitating the West Taxilane and Hangar Ramps at Miami County Airport. The project scope consists of asphalt pavement removal (6,572 SY), unclassified excavation (537 CY), borrow excavation (428 CY), 12” cement treated subgrade (6,825 SY), 6” aggregate base course (6,649 SY), 6” concrete pavement (111 SY), HMA-commercial grade (Class A) (1,400 tons), markings (627 SY), topsoil (contractor furnished) (328 CY), and erosion control. Bidders must obtain a complete set of plans, specifications, contract documents, and proposal form from the sources listed in the notice. Bid security must be furnished as specified, with checks or bonds payable to the Owner, ensuring the awarded bidder will enter into contract and provide the required bonds and insurance. The Owner reserves all rights regarding bid acceptance or rejection. For further bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award requirements, bidders are directed to review the Instructions to Bidders included in the bidding documents.
