Miami County is seeking bids for renovation of a bathroom within the Courthouse. The current budget for the project is $20,000. The County reserves the sole right to renew said contract for Renovations for District Court Bathroom if mutually agreed upon by both parties. If the county cancels the contract for breach, the county reserves the right to obtain the equipment, supplies, and/or services to be provided pursuant to the contract from other sources and upon such terms and in such manner as the county deems appropriate and back charge the Contractor for any additional costs incurred thereby. The county reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time for the convenience of the county, without penalty or recourse, by giving the Contractor a written notice of such termination at least 30 calendar days prior to termination. The Contractor shall be entitled to receive just and equitable compensation for the work completed pursuant to the contract prices prior to the effective date of termination.
