Miami County is seeking price proposals from firms qualified to provide construction engineering (inspection) services for the 2025 Asphalt Corrective Maintenance Program. Firms are requested to provide a price proposal and agreement for total amount of hours required for a 120 working day project. One firm will be selected to perform construction engineering services for work at the following locations: 223rd Street from Woodland Road to Metcalf Road work will consist of a base reclamation, full depth patching, leveling course, and a 2" mill and 2" overlay; Metcalf Road from 215th Street to 271st Street work will consist of a 2" mill and 2" overlay. Anticipated Board Approval and Award Date:April 30, 2025, 1:00pm Miami County Administration Building Board of County Commissioners Chamber 201 S. Pearl-1st Floor Paola, KS 66071 Question/Clarification Submission Deadline:April 18, 2025, 4:00pm ALL questions and contact concerning this RFP shall be directed to the Miami County Purchasing via County's e-Procurement Portal. The contract resulting from this RFP shall be effective for the approximate one (1) year period from the date of the notice of award. The county reserves the sole right to renew the said contract for 2025-05-RFP 2025 Asphalt Corrective Maintenance Program-CE, if mutually agreed upon by both parties.
