Site work and paving for a road / highway in La Crescenta, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The scope of work includes the installation of a new traffic signal system at the intersection of Foothill Boulevard and Cloud Avenue along with the performance of other appurtenant work under Project ID No. TDS0001721 in the unincorporated community of La Crescenta-Montrose. Bids must be submitted electronically using Bid Express before 11 a.m. on Tuesday, March 3, 2026. The prime contractor is required to possess valid California Classes A and C10 contractor's licenses. Paper bids will not be accepted. The work is estimated to cost between $825,000 and $1,225,000 and must be completed in 55 working days. Prebid questions will not be accepted after 5 p.m. on Monday, February 23, 2026. Prebid questions regarding the Plans and Specifications shall be submitted via email only to: Ms. Irma Vasquez at IVasquez@pw.lacounty.gov.
