Pulverize and pave approximately 2 miles of roads. Project to be completed by September 30, 2026. Work includes approximately 2 miles of total hot mix asphalt on 22' wide roads. Specifics are as follows: Schneider Road and Hickory Hills Road require a binder of 2.25" of 3LT 58-28S and surface of 1.75" of 4LT 58-28H. Ledgeview Drive and Sunrise Drive require a binder of 1.5" of 4LT 58-28S and surface of 1.5" of 4LT 58-28S. The work also includes pulverizing existing roads, shaping the pulverized base, paving, and furnishing and installing 2-foot-wide shoulders. A road inspection is required for bidding purposes. A bid form is required and can be obtained by contacting the Town Chairman. Proof of insurance is required. Bids may be hand delivered or mailed. The Town Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any part(s) thereof, waive any informality in the bidding process, and to accept the bid proposal or portion of a bid proposal deemed most advantageous to the Town.
