Sealed bids will be received for the Little Walnut Creek Interceptor Sewer - Phase 2A. Bids must be in accordance with drawings and specifications and on forms available from Verdantas, LLC. The bidder is responsible for obtaining bid documents from the specified website, checking for any Addenda, and submitting bids using the appropriate forms. Documents are available for a non-refundable fee. Bids must be submitted to the specified address. A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the project location. Instructions emphasize that the USPS delivers only to the post office box and not to the building. For assistance with documents, bidders are directed to contact Verdantas, LLC. All questions during bidding should be addressed to Eric Troyer, PE/PM, at Verdantas LLC, 6397 Emerald Pkwy Ste 200 Dublin, Ohio 43016 at (614) 779-0038. This project consists of the removal of approximately 150 feet of existing sanitary sewer and the construction of approximately 562 feet of new sanitary sewer and three residential service laterals.
