The Project includes the following Work Construction of the Northside Park Revitalization project includes, but is not limited to demolition and removals as well as any necessary replacements, general site work (e.g. sediment and erosion control measure(s), etc.) earthwork (e.g. excavation embankment grading, final grading, subgrade preparation, etc.) landscaping improvements (e.g. tree and shrub installation, seeding), sidewalk improvements, concrete slabs, spray items, source/drain piping, playground equipment and installation, playground surfacing, pre-engineer metal building materials and installation, utility provisions, fencing, water management system & accessories, and any and all incidentals pertaining to these items, and providing a completely operational and function splash pad, and all incidentals. Project consists of sidewalk and landscaping improvements, splash pad and new playground installation, and a pre-engineered metal pavilion construction.
