Repair of chilled water valves and associated components in accordance with the Statement of Work, including all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete chilled water pump repairs. Work is performed under a commercial-item acquisition prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 as a total small business set-aside. Requirements include compliance with Department of Labor Wage Determination IA20250074 and submission of payment and performance bonds in accordance with applicable thresholds. Site visits are scheduled for contractor review of existing chilled water pumps located in the basement mechanical room of Building 20. All work must follow the specifications, solicitation terms, and attachments provided. Location: USDA ARS National Centers for Animal Health, 1920 Dayton Avenue, Ames, IA 50010. The magnitude of construction is between $200,000 and $300,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
