Remodeling services are required for the hangar located at TAN-629 to improve structural integrity, functionality, and compliance with current standards. Work may include demolition and removal of outdated interior and exterior components, structural modifications and upgrades as defined by design specifications, installation of new finishes, doors, and mechanical and electrical systems, and adherence to applicable Department of Energy, safety, and building codes. The contractor will be required to coordinate closely with BEA engineering and operations personnel throughout the project. The work falls under the Davis-Bacon Act for construction, alteration, or repair activities performed at INL site areas and is also subject to the INL Site Stabilization Agreement. Location: Test Area North (TAN-629), Idaho National Laboratory, 2525 Fremont Ave, Idaho Falls, ID 83415, USA. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
