Amendment 0003 - 04/06/2026 - The purpose of this amendment is to document the site visit held on April 1st, 2026 and provide answers to questions received in an RFI. The offer due date remains 04/10/2026 by 1600 (MT). All other terms herein remain. There are no other changes. Amendment 0001 issued on 03/03/2026 updates the bid bond requirement to confirm that the bond amount shall be 20 percent of the quoted price rather than 100 percent, with all other terms unchanged. The requirement covers the Dubois Housing Roof Replacement project, which consists of removing and replacing metal roofing on seven housing units located at the Dubois Administrative Site. Work includes complete removal of existing metal roofs, installation of new metal roofing systems, and completion of all associated tasks necessary to deliver fully functional replacement roofs in accordance with the specifications. The acquisition is issued as a Request for Quotation under small business set-aside procedures in NAICS 238160. Questions are due by April 3rd, 2026 by 1600(MST).
