Description

Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Burlington, Vermont. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The project consists of excavating and restoring the existing infield of the baseball field and backfilling with sand and clay to better mediate water removal from the fields. The project will also include enhancements to the stormwater outfall to meet ADA compliance. Landscaping will be installed throughout this area to provide a "park like" atmosphere. Contractors need to follow the contract documents and Instruction to Bidders for the work as needed at the school. This project is being funded through the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) which will require contractors to follow Davis Bacon requirements. This project is subject to Build America, Buy America (BABA).
