Description

Renovation of a fire / police facility in Sturgis, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

- Provide demolition of existing windows/door systems and prepare openings for new installations. - Furnish and install Tublite T24650 Storefront system in Exterior Grade Dark Bronze Anodized - Furnish and install 1" Insulated Glass composed of 1/4 Clear Guardian SN68 1/2 Black spacer, Low-E exterior 1/4 clear glass interior, argon filled units. - Furnish and install 1" Metal infill panels GlazeGuard WR+ or equivalent in Dark Bronze textured finish. - Furnish and install Tubelite EZ Vent or equivalent operable vents at specified locations - Install Tempered Glass Units where required by Building Code - Install aluminum trim on exterior and seal with appropriate sealants Reference Number 0000414533 Bid Intent Not Available Remove and replace storefront windows and doors as specified on entire building.
