The District is seeking professional inspection services for water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including new construction, rehabilitation, and system improvements within the District’s service area. The selected firm will provide inspection services to support the construction and installation of public water and wastewater facilities, ensuring compliance with approved plans, specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Projects may involve water distribution lines, wastewater collection lines and manholes, lift stations and related mechanical components, storage tanks and pressure facilities, and service connections and system tie-ins. The inspection will cover site preparation, construction, materials, coatings, and related activities. The agreement will be for three years, with possible renewals based on performance, and services will be provided on an as-needed basis according to active capital improvement projects.
