The general scope of work includes providing all labor, supervision, construction equipment, and applicable materials for installation of stone veneer and limestone caps on existing planters, a stone seat wall with limestone cap, concrete walkways, decorative stamped concrete, and allowance-based walkway repairs. The project also includes installation of site furnishings, lighting and electrical, site work and drainage, landscaping and restoration. Proposals should refer to the plans and specifications for complete project requirements. If any terms and conditions differ, the County's terms and conditions shall prevail. Bid specifications, full set plans/drawings, bid (cost) form & separate Bid Form C-410, and prevailing wage determination must be included in the submission.
