Renovation of a municipal facility in Moundsville, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Deadline for questions is 5:00p Tuesday March 10th. The project involves interior renovations to the circuit clerk's office, county clerk's office, and basement breakroom. Work includes interior demolition, new casework, minor new wall construction, plumbing, and electrical. All bids must be submitted in accordance with the issued bidding documents. Prime Bidders may obtain bidding documents at no fee via email. Each bid must include a certified check or a satisfactory bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. The successful bidder must execute a contract and provide a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond for 100% of the contract award. All prime contractors and subcontractors must be licensed in compliance with the West Virginia Contractor's Licensing Act, and general contractors must list their license number on the bid form. A WV Drug Free Workplace Conformance Affidavit must be included in the proposal. Davis Bacon wages are required for this project. Attendance at the mandatory pre-bid meeting is required for bid qualification. After the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids, no bid may be withdrawn for a period of 45 days.
