Question Deadline 03/17/2026 at 2:00 PM ET all questions must be submitted through online The City of Cape Coral is requesting bids from the prequalified vendors from RPW2563KMR for installation of landscaping and irrigation systems as detailed in the plans, located as Exhibit A, at Shelby Pkwy at Del Prado Blvd. S. to SE 26th Ter. (0.72 miles) The CONTRACTOR will furnish all labor, material, and equipment necessary for the removal, preparation and installation of proposed landscaping and irrigation improvements as shown on the landscape plans. Contractor to furnish all operations necessary to complete the following work for removal and disposal of select median landscaping materials, debris, as well as the installation of landscaping and irrigation systems. The scope of work within these specifications and contract shall include a one hundred eighty (180) day maintenance period. In addition to other items as outlined in the specifications and bid documents, the landscape improvement installation may consist, but shall not necessarily be limited to all or part of the following: o Removal of existing sod, ground cover material, and existing palms, and application of herbicide as necessary for preparation. o Leveling or grading of proposed landscape beds . o Transporting and disposal of excess dirt, soil, materials, and etc. o Obtaining all necessary and appropriate permits o Scheduling and passing all permit required inspections o Connecting to existing water service for irrigation. o Installation of a fully functioning irrigation system o Furnishing and Installation of proposed landscaping. o Delivery of material to site (hauling). o Application of fertilizers. o Provision of landscape maintenance for interim periods o Irrigation system adjustments (timing, spray, etc.) and repairs. o Final clean-up of job site and repair of any damage caused by construction activities. o Removal of trash and debris. Unless otherwise shown on plans, required by the specifications, or directed by the Project Manager, all workmanship and materials shall be in accordance with the adopted City of Cape Coral Engineering Standards.
