Renovation of an educational facility in Uvalde, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Southwest Texas College is seeking proposals for an HVAC project on the Uvalde campus. Work under the contract includes, but is not limited to, removing the existing exhaust fans and unit heaters in the gym and locker room areas, furnishing and installing packaged rooftop units for the gym and split systems for the locker room, furnishing and installing a complete DDC system for the installed HVAC equipment, supporting the existing roof structure to accommodate the weight of new rooftop equipment, and providing new electrical service dedicated to serve the new HVAC equipment, but sized for the entire building. The award will be considered at the Southwest Texas College Board of Trustees Meeting held on Thursday, April 16th, 2026. Bidders will be notified on Friday, April 17th, 2026, of the outcome of the Board's decision.
