Documents received after the deadline will not be considered. The College reserves the right to accept or reject any informality. Proposals delivered by telephone, facsimile, or electronic mail will not be accepted. Properly received submittals will not be returned to respondents. The selected vendor will be required to submit Form 1295 through the Texas Ethics Commission.
