Sealed bids are requested for furnishing all necessary materials, equipment, superintendence, and labor for the construction of improvements for the City of Tyler, Texas, specifically for the "2026 Median Infill Project." The project includes all materials, equipment, and labor required to complete the infilling of garden beds in selected medians of Loop 323 and East Gentry Parkway with stamped and dyed reinforced concrete. The scope also requires the removal of existing garden soil and plant life, demolition of existing concrete pavement, traffic control, and the relocation or capping of existing water services/meters. Bidders are instructed to secure forms of proposal, contract, bonds, insurance, plans, and specifications, which may be obtained at the office of the City Engineer, Water Utilities Administrative Office, for a non-refundable deposit. Electronic plans, bid tab, and specifications are available upon emailed request. Bidders must note that, in accordance with House Bill 1295, the successful bidder must submit a Certificate of Interested Parties (Form 1295) at the time the signed contract is submitted. Question Deadline 04/22/2026 Bidders desiring further information or interpretations must make request for such information to the Project Designer prior to four (4) working days before the time of the bid opening.
