Description

Demolition, site work and addition to a municipal facility in Bonnyville, Alberta. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a 6,800-square-foot municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The expansion will occur on Town owned properties at 5507-54 Avenue and 5615-54 Avenue, Bonnyville, Alberta. The design should include approximately 2,000 sq ft of administration space and 4,800 sq ft of shop expansion. The purpose of the shop expansion is to utilize the most amount of heated space while finding value for available budget. Ideally, the expansion would fit two large pieces of equipment per bay. Question Deadline 03/12/2026 at 1:00 PM MT TIMELINE: Request for Proposals (RFP) for multi-disciplinary design teams has been issued by the owner. The awarded proponent will provide a condition assessment and complete architectural and engineering services to the tender-ready status/stage.
