Sumner County Government is requesting a proposal for Rock utilized by the Sumner County Highway Department. The terms, conditions, and prices of contracts awarded from this request may be extended to other institutions, such as state or public agencies, that express interest in participating in any resulting contract. Each participating institution will issue its own purchasing documents for the goods and/or services. The proposer agrees that Sumner County will not be responsible or liable for any agreements between the proposer and other institutions exercising this option. All questions, including any follow-up questions, must be received by March 4, 2026.
