**As of May 21, 2026, the project was awarded to Coeur d'Alene Paving Inc, with an awarded amount of $2,393,485.85** The projects generally consist of roadway rehabilitation of the East Hayden Lake Road and an Asphalt Mill and Inlay on Prairie Avenue. Each bidder must deposit, with their bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the instructions to bidders. No bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty (60) days after the date of the opening thereof. The owner waives the right to waive any formality or to reject any or all of the bids. Davis Bacon Wages do not apply to this project. Question Deadline 03/09/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.
