The project consists of the following: Base Bid 1: All work at Greenbriar School - Demolition of portions of the West side of the building to build new Cafertorium addition (approx. 11k SF), along with a one-story ten-classroom addition (approx.. 17k SF) on the East side of the building. Also included are interior demolition and remodeling of select existing areas, new partitions wall construction, finished flooring and ceilings, doors and hardware, casework, painting, and other miscellaneous work. HVAC, electrical, and plumbing work is also included in the areas of work. Base Bid 2: All work at Westmoor School - A new Cafertorium addition (Approx. 9K SF) on the North side of the building and interior demolition and remodeling of select existing areas that include new partition wall construction, finished flooring and ceilings, doors and hardware, casework, painting and other miscellaneous work. HVAC, electrical and plumbing work is also included in the areas of work.
