Site work and paving for a civil project in Longview, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway.
This project will remove the International Way at-grade rail crossings by elevating the roadway over the IRC, allowing both modes of transportation open access. The project includes alteration to driveways and accesses to properties directly adjacent to the project site, but does not displace any of the tenants or neighbors directly adjacent to the project site. Stormwater facilities will also be constructed to meet current state and local stormwater regulations and standards. The major tasks required under the Scope of Work include: Design and Engineering, Permit Coordination with Permitting Firm, Construction Management Services, Construction Inspection Services, Project Administration Services, Scheduling Services, and Cost Estimating Services. Submittals will be evaluated and ranked based on Project Team Experience & Qualifications, Project Understanding and Approach, Project Management & Availability, and Familiarity with Federally Funded Transportation Projects. Submit your Statement of Qualifications to the specified address no later than the deadline.
